The remaining percentage of “non-natural” ingredients can be explained by the presence of certain preservatives which prevent bacterial growth (benzyl alcohol, dehydroacetic acid). These preservatives are approved by Cosmécert for organic-certified products.

What about 1% non-natural ingredients?

Like all cosmetic products, our bronzer must contain preservatives that prevent bacterial growth. This protects our users from possible contamination when a produced is poorly protected.

Only five preservatives are authorized and approved for use in organic products because of their “nature-identical characteristics. That is, these preservatives are present in fruits or plants in quantities too small to be used hence the need to synthesize them. Benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid are included in these preservatives. The first is naturally present in certain fruits while the latter is naturally present in certain plants.

For a fresh note, smile and place the blush on the cheeks in a circular motion.

Always apply your blush from the hollow of the cheekbone towards the outside. The movement should be light and shaped like a comma.

For lighter complexions, opt for a light and pink blush. The peach blush is your best option!

For medium to darker complexions, you’ll opt for a blush in a more orange shade that will brighten your complexion for a healthy glow.
